This is Chelsea Spicer Brown. She went missing yesterday around 2 and she's 13 years old and about 5'4. She was wearing a tank top, pajama pants, and no shoes. We were notified that someone saw her walking towards the fire station in windwood and they said she had her glasses in her hand trying to fix the lense. If ANYONE see this girl please contact me because this is my bestfriend in the whole world and she's missing. People have been looking all night for her including the cops and no one can find her. So please help find Chelsea!
